Q: Do you offer any warranty on your products?
A: I only offer a warranty (Lifetime Guarantee) on any wood bottom epoxy cups, mugs and shot glasses. Although, I strive to make sure everyone who purchases from my shop is happy with their purchase. Please contact me with any other issues and I will do my best to work something out with you. 
Q: How do I submit a warranty claim on my horn cup/mug?
A: Please email me at: thebeardinthenorth@gmail.com to start the process. Please include [Warranty - Last Name] in the subject line so I can see the claim in my email.
Q: What is covered by the warranty?
A: Only wood bottom epoxy cups, mugs and shot glasses are included. And only leaks are warrantied. If the leak was clearly caused by misuse such as dropping or improper storage it will not be covered. I will re-seal those cups for a flat fee of $15 + shipping as long the wood bottom does not need replaced. Other noticeable damage from misuse, hot beverages, drops, scratches, cracks/chips or other damage will not be covered by this warranty. 
Q: Do you offer any custom work?
A: At this moment the only custom work I will accept is custom carving/burning on an item I already make. For example: Custom designs on Horn Products, Wood Altars or similar items. I've had too many issues creating one-off custom items that it has become more of a headache for myself than it is worth. 
Q: Where can I visit your shop in person?
A: Please visit my "Events" page for all of my upcoming Faires and Markets for 2024!
Q: I don't currently need anything from your shop, but I would still like to support you. How can I?
A: Thank you for the support! You can find the Donate button on my home page! All funds from that go straight to helping me improve my workshop to be able to create items quicker and to a higher quality!

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Processing Time

The time needed to prepare an order to ship varies by item. For details please see the individual items. Approximate times are as follows:

In-Stock/Ready to Ship: 1 - 3 Days

Items not currently in-stock: Please see the individual product pages for the most accurate lead time.

 

Other Requests: Please email info@thebeardinthenorth.com for any special requests.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and cancellations, on standard stock items, within reason. Subject to the following terms:

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase (Unless Item has Shipped)

We do not accept exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We will be happy to work with you on issues.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale/clearance/close-out

Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
